Do you mean our 737 pilots 1% above SWA... or or 777 guys? Getting 1% above a SWA guy isn't saying much for a DAL 777 pilot.
1 percent above on the 737 with all other rates adjusted accordingly. Also restoration of night pay and a increase in international pay.
