Yes, it would be a good topic. I was aware that the company could, at any time they pleased, abandon the CSPP. There was language to that effect in the original contract even before they had a CSPP. But what my question addressed was the recent rumors of the possibilities of it going bye bye. With the recent rulings regarding company ISO's I am sure that ESPP's will be effected as well. I don't know much about the rulings, and whether they are good or bad for JB, but I do know that we were issued an extension beyond July for the expensing of the stock options (not CSPP) and the company was relieved about that.

Anyway, was hoping some of the boys had some good poop on the CSPP rumors.
