I think you need a lot of references or 135/121 experience. Supply and demand.
A couple years ago, the company couldn't get enough folks with higher times to fly for our pay. Therefore, TT dropped. Now, there are more folks on the street who have higher TTs that are looking for a job. Also, the fallout from Colgan hasn't helped much.
