I agree completely. There is no way two guys in one cockpit chould be paid a different amount of credit for the same trip.

I'm tired of Reserve serving as the "give-back" portion of the contract. I would like Reserve to be a viable option, even for senior people. It should be just one way to bid in category, and it shouldn't be a hurdle you have to jump over before you take an upgrade.
