im going to say this humbly because it may happen to me any day....but ur dead on right, with the exception of this years cq, i come out of the box on hydraulics every year wondering how the hell they passed? and why did they pass? sadly, i was informed one of our capts who i had for cq one yr, it finally caught up with him.
