Bought off a trip for OE. You should only be responsible for the trip you were on, and not a "free" reserve.

Some kind of ultra-long-call reserve. Maybe a 24 hour callout at a reduced reserve guarantee (68 vs 70 or something like that). We are moving into a time where I don't know how much movement we're going to have and will probably have quite a bit more commuters. It'd be nice to have a more doable system for commuting to reserve.

Maybe assign actual pay credit to a reserve day (where you're not flown), whether you fly or not, instead of a score. The AirTran guys got this via an arbitrated settlement some years ago, and it seems to work very well for them.

I wouldn't mind seeing another PCS cycle (One of my favorite parts of the current PWA)...say 4 vs 3. I've heard some good arguments about making it "real time", but there are good arguments against that. One thing is fo sure...it's a hell of a lot better than what we had at NWA (see, I can do it!).
