Asking what management's response would be isn't really a priority when establishing what it is we need in a contract. But as far as their incentive to have a true Ready Reserve, it would depend on how many delays we incur as a result of using SC, both in a co-terminal base, and a "normal" base.
I'm going to guess it's not a big problem in Atlanta, with so many neraby, so I'm going to guess this isn't one that would make the top of the list of things we propose.
