23k recovery flying needs to GO period end of story. Let's see, the company wants to fill your seat for training with someone else and they are qualified to fly with the LCA. So what do they need you for? Oh yeah, unscheduled reserve beeotch. You get to fly the biggest pos in open time that they couldn't give away much less you wouldn't have come close to bidding for it...need I go on here? Seriously though, OE is a training cost that should be sucked up by the company. You should be paid and sent home (or even better--stay at home). It's the cost of doing business plain and simple. This needs to go away!
