I love it.....but I am a realist. In this economy, with the public thinking we are whiney bus drivers...with costs of doing business on the rise (oil, fuel, healthcare)...I am predicting we get no more than a 10% raise, with the same limitation on 76 seaters (maybe a few more) and another 1% for our DC. We might get vacation pay back to 3.5/day and get some reserve rules improved. That's it. Period.
That is what I predict. Sucks...but...
