You know what is retarded about this payscale? The simple fact that there is a 1st year 777 captain, but no 20 year 777 captain. Anybody else ever think this? And before you start.. I know the reason.. it is because you calculate the FO pay based on the CA pay blah blah blah. It still doesn't answer the question of WHY does it stop at 12? Now, it should go to 40.
