The pilots at NWA that were furloughed at one point didn't care as much when this happened because they were given longevity for their furlough. This bumped some of those pilots up 5 years on the pay scale. Everyone else is either close to or already on the 12 year pay scale. There are only about 170 NWA pilots that are really bothered by this. Those same 170 pilots are the ones getting hosed on the retirement.
more than that are getting boned with the retirement. all nwa pilots are playing catch up on retirement until 2012 when we will catch up to the original DAL pilots or any newhires that get hired before 2012.
the guys whom got their longevity back are just less concerned about it because they got signiicant bumps in pay. That leaves the 170 of us whom are actually NOT happy about it!
