Horizon would be one place
I'd happily spend my career at. $29 first year pay is almost what CO pays.(better than 2nd year at PSA)... and $49 for Top of Scale FO pay is quite respectable. Yeah, you
could be a career FO at Horizon if you had to.
All regional airline pilot groups should do thier best to emulate Horizon.
