They are replacing all these aircraft with larger embraer products, which may improve the QOL for some of these crews.

Once they finally get back which may be a while, they'll have access to new routes, longer legs, more productivity, which equals more days off and a better schedule.

Not too mention, even though f/o and captain pay is still low at Republic on the 145/170/190 I believe each one of the pilots who will be stuck in their respective seats will receive HIGHER pay.....

What a concept, actually add more planes that will yield higher AVERAGE INCOME for ALL PILOTS AT RAH....

Many people loved the Q as its great, but Mergers/Acquisitions suck and this is still a gain for the company.

For all the haters, i guess maybe since the Q is much more efficient RAH will be out of business in a few years and you can hate some more.....sorry to the Lynx guys, but this will be better for all in the LONG RUN...IF RAH survives
Really, does the same hold true for the Midwest pilots?

For many of us at Lynx this was a great flying opportunity in Denver. Nobody wants to blame the RAH pilots for BB's doing, but this has been a big windfall for you. All Midwest flying now done by RAH pilots, and right on the heals of that, all Lynx flying supporting F9 soon to be done by recalled RAH pilots.

I have a feeling it wont stop with us.
