I signed out my flight records a couple weeks ago. On my annual review printout, it had all of my totals broken down by qualification and aircraft type.(i.e. 1 line was B-model MC time, 1 line B-model MP time, 1 line C-model MC time, 1 line C-Model MP time... etc).

Maybe I was just lucky to have my unit be so thorough with AFORMS products, but that made my totals easy. Ask your SARMS guy if he can print you up that product.
