As an experienced instructor as well, to all new pilots and instructors you can't sell yourself short. You paid for a profession and you have the right to get paid for your experience. I'm sure even if some of the students found out that you weren't being paid alarms would go off. Also like someone said if they won't pay for instructors (instructors basically pay for themselves in a flight school) how are they going to afford maintenance? Alarms are screaming about this place.

When I first looked at this thread I thought it was some kind of sick joke but apparently not. The gall and audacity of these dirtbags. But like some said people will do it.
