Seriously, think about it.
This just gave me a great idea! On the next contract we should save $$ for other seats by agreeing to 1st year pay rates for anyone with 25+ years with the company in the SO position. That way we can add that $$ to new hire pay or other seats. Lets get that one on the wilson poll!
There working for free anyway, lets make it really not worth it.
