I'm not "whining" it's simply a fact, it's a big fact when your peers are going to end up with approximately $100,000 more at retirement in 30 years due to the inequality. There was a resolution to attempt to fix the 401k issue and it was unanimously tabled. I spoke to my fNWA reps and they flat out told me the fDAL reps were not interested in helping the fNWA pilots. The fNWA reps thus went along with the fDAL reps only to keep the peace since they were out numbered and it would be voted down regardless.
That disparity may actually exist until 2014 if there is no attempt to resolve it. "No Action Taken" means exactly that, there will be no attempt to resolve it by our union.
