his point i believe is that the NWA side newhires have no pension and get the lower contribution amount thus getting the double slap in the face. We tried to get that fixed and resolutions passed only to be shot down by the DAL mec. On top of that we passed resolutions to fix our pay bump dates to match the Contract and DAL pilots. its clearly wrong that we were Specifically written out like that in the contract. All we wanted was to get our longevity bumps at DOH like the contract states and that was shot down as well. The way its written now, if we hired tomorrow those pilots would get the higher contribution as well as get DOH pay bumps thus putting the post 2001 NWA hires on a substandard contract in those regards.
