Of course a person with little to no experience in a jet is going to be a little nervous or possibly overwhelmed on their early landings, but this doesn't mean they are "underqualified." I am new to jets myself, and my first landing was a little nerve racking/exciting, but I never felt underqualified for being there.

The underqualified person would be the one who is unable to learn the new skills of flying a jet.

Does anybody know how many recruiters Eagle has? I just wondered if everything went through CC or if individual recruiters had any leeway in their decision making.
