The regional I work for is about to vote on switching to PBS, and apparently, it's the same software that you guys use at Virgin America. What do you guys see as the advantages/disadvantages of the system? I know the work rules we would have would be somewhat different than the rules that you guys have, so what would you change about your work rules (in relation to PBS) if you could? What are some things to look out for - or ways the company can take advantage of the system? Finally, if you had the ability to switch to conventional line bidding would you? Thanks.
