He is very out of touch and arrogant. So we should be happy about management having an advocate who accurately reflects their general attitude.
agreed...it will be interesting to see if anything comes in lieu of this...I know at Mesaba we have already started training to recover after stickpusher....just sad that people have to die for things to get attention and change
