Ultimately the lessor owns his property, and is entitled to get it back. BK can get you out of making lease payments, but it does not allow you to keep leased property if you reject the contract. It also cannot force a lessor to change a contract's terms if he does not agree to do so.
Your are 100% correct...... I was just saying that they will return the engines worn out because they were not spending any money to maintain them.....AKA instead of taking an engine off to be TBO'd and same engine placed right back on AC....... they are swapping around engines that do not need to be MX'd and just sitting the ones requiring TBO in the corner of the hanger......to be returned in lessor in less than flyable condition......if the engines are currently flying they will just delay as long as possible to use up life on that engine.
you are correct also on the fire sale of parts a few months back.
