If my wife has my way my children and her children will have nothing to do with this career. This job needs to become the career it once was for her to even think about allowing my children near anything with wings.
Ha! See I was already assuming I'd succesfully steered my generations to come away from this career field.
actually if my kids don't want to do this job then it's sadly my fault for not helping to shape qol, pay and advancement to something it should be.
