They ask I say best case 1:15 to the parking lot, and that is at 3 AM on a Sunday morning. Two hrs is a push and I think they have realized that. Em buses in ATL can be a pain.
You are absolutely right.........it is reasonable time.............and 2 hours to get to the airport is reasonable time most of the time. I don't think one will have any issues if one tell CS that it will take 2 hours to get to the airport.
When I sat reserve regularly I would always tell them I'd be there in about 2 hours. It would save alot of problems if I got stuck in traffic or delayed for whatever reason and if I got there earlier, well all the better. It's kinda like telling passengers during a delay that a 20 minute fix is going to take 40 minutes ('cause it almost always does!
) and then when you go earlier everyone is happy instead of the other way around.
