Petition for Waiver of the Terms of Order Limiting Scheduled Operations at LaGaurdia Airport

I'm thinking if we were forced to divest slows to give them not only to Spirit but Allegiant. Just because that'd **** JB and SWA off. They gave us 3 options to sell them, I say we pick option 1 and go right to Spirit or another airline like Allgeiant and make a deal. My bet, the DOT would strike it down if it is not JB, AirTran or SWA.
