Here is what we need. ATL should be the base for what it costs to live. Every other base should have a COLA based on local costs of living. If they displace you to another base due to company decisions to move flying, then they pay for the move, pay closing costs to sell and buy a house, and upon proper documentation pay any amount you are "backwards" in your house if you bought it to move to a domicile. If we had a real relocation package and COLA then the company would not move flying around every six months and we wouldn'g have guys who get displaced every time we have an AE.
