I agree with Fred. If you have the seniority, it'll be great. I'm a middle of the road bidder and I can usually get what I want (only because I bid the stuff no one wants!) I also like the wireless alerts...if something pops up in open time that meets your criteria, flica will send you an email, a text or both if you like alerting you it's in open time. Great for modifying a schedule and what not....unfortunately you have to pay for it.
