I beleive it credits a min day credit for each MLOA day. It works out well for guys that are junior and submit their days earlier. By doing this it allows them to get hard line well before their seniority can hold.

MLOA is LAW and there is not one bloody thing anyone can do about it. My only advice is to make darn sure you are drilling when you submit orders. ( I know all the guys here do)
