I think I just figured it out. I have March 1 off by itself because it was the Feb bid period. I'm trying to get Mar 2 off so I have two days off in a row, but I think PCS only looks at March so it thinks I want a single day off. If I have this right, that kind of sucks.
What you need to look at is the grouping requirements for your category. They are on the Pilot Resources and Scheduling page. There are max off day groupings and min blocks. That gets ppl more often than not. They can assign something we cannot do, but you cannot do something that would not comply with these.
What I am assuming is that by adding one day to the block (1 day) on your Feb off days, you have too many off day groupings in March. Just a guess.
