I think I just figured it out. I have March 1 off by itself because it was the Feb bid period. I'm trying to get Mar 2 off so I have two days off in a row, but I think PCS only looks at March so it thinks I want a single day off. If I have this right, that kind of sucks.
Dude, I'm a FDAL guy and I don't get it. I'm trying to move some stuff around as well. PBS hammered me with like 14 days out of 16 on call and almost the rest of the month off. I'd like to spread that around a little. I get the same message, ie, "Violates Offday Grouping Requirements." I was finally able to get the system to take a two day transfer, but that was it.
I'm new to reserve so I'm not the expert by any stretch, but this seems a little counter-intuitive.
