yes but we have a big gap in seniority because of 9/11. Thats how those of us hired in the last wave will end up so low in %. theres only 15 people senior to me that are just barely younger than i am, and I just turned 29
. The avg age of the entire seniority list is 52-55 so you can see that the movement at some point will be staggering. its all in the numbers
this all assumes that the world doesnt end in 2012 though
