I thought it was tradition for the Captain to tip the shuttle/taxi driver for the crew? Captain taking care of his crew in all.
I think a lot of those "traditions" went the way of the pre 9/11 salaries.
I think someone has to really go beyond the call of duty to earn a tip these days.
