GS should be double pay
and credit for reserves. Until you break guarantee it could be paid straight pay above the guarantee. There was a precedent for something similar while negotiating the JCBA. Right now, a GS on reserve works like a line holder getting a white slip. It's straight pay.
An item that also needs to be addressed is the deadhead only day. It makes it too easy for the company to deadhead a pilot to start a trip the next day.
