The new hire minimum pay for all DCI FOs should be $54/hr and topping out in the mid $70s and not starting at $23/hr and toping out in the low $40s/hr. Captain pay on the CRJ900s should begin just shy of $103/hr and topping out at $112 and not starting in the low $60s and topping off 18 years later at $100ish. 50 seaters ought to be the same as the 76 seaters. They're all airplanes, they all take up the same amount of gate space, they all require 3 miles seperation.

Maybe it was a month ago (more or less) there was a discussion about contract 2012 and I think it was Sailing (might have been Slowplay) that pointed out the "pot" [amount DAL spends on DAL pilot wages, benefits, etc.] was so big and as a union we could choose to allocate that pot more-or-less how we wanted.
I personally want to see significant improvements in scope. However I am not willing to spend one nickle of DALPA's "pot" to increase the wage rates at DCI carriers.
