The point of this thread and the point you fail to acknowledge is peer review has not worked over the past 20 years. The books were cooked. The settled science that the current Cap and Tax legislation is based on is not settled.

Hopefully acurate science and honest peer review will become the norm. I suspect though, that there is too much money in the field for their to be honest debate. Governments and corporations have too much invested in green science to acknowledge the obvious, until we can control the output from the sun we wont be able to effect climate change.
