I haven't flown with one Capt. that wants to give away SCOPE, in fact it's 100% opposite of that. The LAST thing we need is to divide this pilot group with senior vs. junior stuff. The RJ party may be over but that does not mean the contracts expire.
BTW I think I know what jet you are on. Those guys are effected by this. The ones I fly with on the ER and those above do not see it EVER effecting them. Not all but many. They want Pay and a pension. (Many not all, some get it, and those are the great trips)
