Where do I look? What am I looking for? What does it look like? Is it big, or small, fat or tall? Is it a Snipe, or something that you trip over while out Cow Tipping?

My Reps won't ask where it is at. Management says it doesn't exist and that they want to do Delta flying. So where's that cost I'm supposed to look at?
