I have a friend who's been there 3 years and still not upgraded, so there goes your quick upgrade argument. Seriously guys at what point is it no longer worth it? Six days on with one off at less than 20k a year? You could work full time at Mcdonalds and be home a lot more, not to mention make more money. Not hating on CommutAir guys they are a great group, just wondering how far some guys are willing to go for this job......
Exactly! That's why I asked Alknew182 if he is really willing to give up his number at OH? I can't verify this, but I have heard CommutAir is having a hard time finding people with the new minimums they set and no furloughed pilot willing to resign their number at their previous carrier.
$21/22/23 for your first 3 years, No Block or Better, No pay for Deadheads and probably reserve in Newark doesn't sound very appealing to me.
And yes, I know they voted in ALPA and working on a contract, blah blah blah just like every other bottom feeder that had quick upgrades and is now struggling with crappy pay and QOL because there is no movement.
