I am not particularly sympathetic towards the new-comers...all the info was available and it did not take a visionary to see where mag was headed. There were plenty of other jobs to be had back then, unless you were seriously defective or unwilling to CFI to 400 hours
I doubt the percentage of defectives is any lower at SKW.
Suppose you told your neighbor every so often that he should obtain homeowner's insurance, yet he ignores your wise counsel. Then one day his house burns down. Would a decent person yell out their window, "I told you to get some insurance, you defective bastard!"? Or would a decent person go over and offer some help and sympathy?
