Attitudes can change over a short time. The honeymoon is probably over by now. Three years ago everyone was thinking that JB was going to take over the world and pay its pilots like rock stars. Now that picture has changed a bit. Suddenly the reality might be setting in that management intends to work them like everyone else and advances in pay will have to be fought over.
