Go to baseops.net
Lots of good info on ANG units with contacts (click on aviation jobs). You want to make contacts with folks in Operations and the flying squadron. Seek out the squadron commander, chief of training in ops, deputy commander of operations, etc. Most often the contacts listed in the ANG job postings are the ones doing the selection - a great place to start.
