When I got custody of my kids, I had to have a job where I was home every morning and afternoon, so I took an office job at a large mortgage company. I spent 3.5 years there, all pretty horrible, since I hate sitting behind a desk all day. Anyway, the people there always said how exhausted they were at the end of the day. I did not understand, since it seemed pretty darned easy to me. Sitting at a desk, working on a computer, hour lunch, etc. The funniest part I saw was that the people who smoked would take a smoke break every hour, about 10-15 minutes. So, they spent 1 hr. 20 mins to 2 hours a day...smoking and hanging outside...and on the clock.

I too, took as many breaks as the smokers after I realized what a slamming deal they were getting! Not wanting to ruin my health, I took restroom breaks. Very important to stay hydrated the office, you know. I also carefully timed my daily constitutional to occur during my shift in between lunch and the end of the day.
And I never had to buy toilet paper for my apartment....
Edit to add something relevant: FNFAL: Schedulers and Dispatchers get more days off than myself and most pilots at my airline too. 4 on, 3 off. Damn them. (actually damn management who is playing us)
