A point of clarification.

Do you mean retirement benefits, or pension? As in do you think that a fully funded pension controlled by the company is the way to go? If so I want you to convince me of that.
I much prefer the money in my hands........ As slow has stated there are different pensions then the one we terminated, so I am just looking for what your definition of pension is. That way I can tailor my talking points!
