It works that way for PBS too - PBS knows where the time ends up. How do I know - I ended up with a 9 day trip and a 10 day trip that started in the same month. The second trip had like 25 hours of credit that I got in the second month.
I needed to expand on that apparently.
For the Duty Day. Ala red eye that departs at 2355 on the last day of the month, and lands the next month is paid in the previous month. Better.
I know what Sig and the rest are stating to be true.
