This pretty much parallels the "It may be time to walk" thread in the major forum. ReadyToGo, consider your audience here. The reality is that there are still too many pilots that are happy and have good QOL. They have enough to be afraid of losing it. Sadly, things will need to get much worse for everybody before anything gets better for anybody.
I do agree with you that something needs to happen. I've spent nearly half of my 20's employed by a 121 carrier and living like a monk, worrying about money every day. This is not a proud way to live. Any type of action would have to be grassroots. Texting, calling, email, etc. There cannot be any form of central organization (which is why said plan will most likely fail).
