Let me be a little more clear, I think they are most worried about you having any failure in the 121 environment because of 3407. They brought up the subject on more that one occasion. If you have a failure from something like a CFI ride, I don't think that is as crutial, unless you have multiple pink slips.
Good to know. I have a clean record (including 121) besides the fact that I busted my CFI initial. I would never hide that fact and to be honest (which I will be with them), it was just a major brain fart on my part in the oral so the fault was all mine.
I'm hoping you're right about that and after all, it was a looong time ago when I was a relatively new pilot compared to my experience nowadays.
