If given the option to choose - where would I likely spend the least time sitting around?
If you have the ATP written done then you still have to take the written at the interview and get an 80% on it to continue and yes it used to be you didn't have to take it. My interview at Colgan was the toughest one that I have had to date. I interviewed with PSA, Piedmont, and a few others but this one was the most challenging believe it or not. There was only one guy that has prior 121 experience that is in our class right now. They turned down the rest. The oldest gut is 30 but everyone here has from 2500 to 1000 hrs with the majority having around 2000.
