I had an issue with Colgan a few months back. I applied for a position through climbto350.com. They called the next day and told me to fill out an app on airlineapps. I had one on there for about a year but for some reason they couldn't see it. HR's position was if we can't pull it up then you must of not filled one out. I called the airlineapps help desk and they confirmed it was there.
It turns out the problem was on Colgans end. someone had openned up my account and left it open blocking anyone else from openning it. At least that's the way I remember the explanation.
The service has always worked great for me.
