Just my point. When the company needs relief get something back for it. Otherwise they suffer the consequences of not managing the airline correctly. Sure everyone wants to do for the good of the company, but do you really think the company has the good of the pilots as a primary concern??? Hopefully they will need relief on something and we can get something in return. Wonder if the union has a list to ask for. Sure does not seem like it.
