No I don't think the company has the good of the pilots as its
primary concern. I do think good labor relations is a primary concern though and I think the merger showed how this team views the pilot group as a work group that you need to placate or you'll pay the price (USAir/America West).
I think there is a list, I think at the least the reps have a long list but I don't think we'll ever see an MEC list until its necessary to negotiate in public and thats probably negotiations 101, and I'm not being faceitous, I'll look it up.
However, if you look at LOA 20 you kind of see that there is a list. As LOA 20 states the company and ALPA wanted to change some things with MAC flying and they do that but there were also a lot of changes made to Section 23. Some really good for us that don't in my view have anything to do with MAC flying. Maybe I'm wrong and someone can clarify.
I think ACL mentioned that between last year and 2012 there will be a lot of chances to make changes. I'd love to see by 2012 we agree to a 10% increase in compensation for the new PWA... all because we already got a 30% increase in between now and then.
